IT support services

• Issues with university computers, accounts, or the network should be submitted and tracked through the Helpdesk portal.
• Visit the North Park Wiki for technology guides and answers to common questions.

Student computing resources

• Connect to high-speed Wi-Fi across campus. More information here.
• Students have access to Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and more—available on personal devices and through the M365 Web Portal.
• University computers are located in residence halls and Brandel Library.
• Printing is available in residence halls and academic spaces. Each student receives a $20 credit per semester (grayscale $0.10/page; color $0.25/page). More information here.

Recommended personal computer specifications

• Minimum: 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, Windows 10 or MacOS 10.15+
• Webcam, microphone, and headphones recommended
• iPads with keyboards may suffice; Chromebooks are not recommended.
• For advanced needs (graphic design, video editing), consider 16 GB RAM or higher, larger storage, and better graphics.
